How these sessions help — and when they are not appropriate

Many people leave feeling lighter, more coherent, or simply curious — that is enough. This work is not evidence-based history, not a substitute for EMDR or trauma therapy, and not suitable as first-line support for psychosis, severe dissociation, or acute crisis. If you are under psychiatric care, please discuss regression-style work with your clinician first. We prioritise your stability over “going deeper” at any cost.
